Any accident on Hall premises or to Trustees or volunteers on Hall business should be recorded, and if appropriate  investigated, in accordance with the Hall's Accident Procedure.

Any complaint about the Hall or the conduct of the Hall's business needs to be taken seriously and dealt with in accordance with the Complaints procedure.
